I had a great experience! I called them over the past weekend about changing my alternator, they were able to get me in first thing Monday morning. I did not have to schedule an appointment( but is recommended), I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready by lunch. They checked everything very thoroughly. They did a great job, in a timely manner, and for a reasonable price. (:

I have been going to this location for many years and now it’s under new ownership. These guys are fast and everything they did was correct (I checked after I got home). The price was good for each service performed. I got an oil & engine filter change, engine air filter & cabin air filter change, & brake fluid change. The brake fluid looked contaminated and low, so that is why I got it replaced. They also noticed that the spark plugs were getting close to needing to be replaced and they gave me a power for that. I chose not to do the plugs as I will probably get that replaced myself. They were courteous and friendly. Nice job.

Late in the day on 7/02, I called the shop, s/w Danyal. I asked about AC diagnostic and freon vacuum/refill on a '15 Mazda 3 with an AC that blows cool[ish] air but not cold as it once did. I told him the freon type. He quoted me best price of 3 calls. He said they'd be happy to help with no appointment. When I arrived he met with me, discussed the age of the car, warned it could be more than just a freon refill (not really supposed to lose freon as it's a closed system), we determined to run DIAGs and see what happens. 15 minutes later he told me to come out and showed me a bad schrader valve that was leaking freon, and a filthy cabin air filter. I had him replace both for a fair price. I might have done it slightly cheaper for the air filter but I don't have the equipment on hand to do everything at once and I don't do this for a living. In 45 minutes Auto Brakes & Lube employees had my car ready to go and my problem resolved on a hot Summer day. It's blowing nice cold air, and cools my car quickly again. If I lived closer I'd use this shop regularly. I think you'd do well to give them a shot at helping you keep on top of your maintenance and repairs. 5 of 5. Nice guys too.

I had an excellent experience at this location! Only came in for an inspection and Daniel and Francisco provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Their attention to detail and commitment to making sure I was taken care of really stood out. The service was quick, efficient, and done with a positive attitude. It's refreshing to find a team that genuinely values its customers and takes pride in their work. Daniel and Francisco made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning for future service needs.

I have heard horror stories about Jiffy Lube, never thought here. Have been going here for years with the prior owner and never had an issue including them capturing oil to be analyzed for me. Liked the new people, but soon after an oil change my wife found oil leaking on the garage floor (none of our cars ever leaked a drop) and she stopped by Integrity Automotive who we have also been using for years. They found that the drain plug was stripped and wrenched on with with rounded edges. AND the oil change skid plate was missing. I know it was on there before this oil change when we rotated the tires and check under. The oil pan and labor to fix this is costing me over $1,000 since the oil pan has to be replaced. Jury is still out as to whether they make us whole again and I can change and update this review since mistakes happen, it is what you do after that counts. Pictures, invoices, updates coming soon.
